Founder's Statement

Peak Voltage began with a simple observation: travel should not be harder than it needs to be.

For years, I have spent thousands of hours on the road. I've experienced unreliable charging infrastructure, long stretches between services, confusing systems, and places that seemed designed for vehicles rather than the people inside them.

Along the way, I also experienced housing insecurity, financial instability, and the challenge of rebuilding after difficult circumstances. Those experiences shaped the way I view infrastructure, business, and community.

Peak Voltage was created from the belief that a stop along a journey can be more than a transaction.

It can be a place to recharge, rest, eat, connect, and prepare for whatever comes next.

The vision is ambitious. A network of destinations built around reliability, practical sustainability, traveler comfort, and community integration.

Today, Peak Voltage exists as an idea under construction. A doctrine. A website. A growing collection of plans, lessons, mistakes, and small victories.

This website documents that journey in real time.

The stations do not exist yet.

Who Am I?

My name is Craig.

I'm not a venture capitalist, a tech founder, or an industry executive.

I'm a traveler, a worker, a husband, a father, and someone who has spent years observing the systems people rely on every day.

Much of what inspired Peak Voltage came from direct experience. Long hours on the road. Unreliable infrastructure. Housing instability. Financial setbacks. Starting over more than once.

I don't claim to have all the answers.

What I do have is a vision, a willingness to learn, and the determination to keep moving forward.

Peak Voltage is not being built from a boardroom.

It's being built from lived experience.
